Harmonic Dose is built on trust. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website handles and how.

Contact form, waitlist, and newsletter. When you submit one of these forms, the details you enter (such as your name, email address, and message) are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form delivery service. We use this information only to reply to you or to send the updates you asked for. You can ask us to remove you from any list at any time.
Ripple, our chat companion. When you chat with Ripple, your messages are sent securely to Anthropic, the AI provider that generates Ripple's replies. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, these messages are not used to train its AI models. Harmonic Dose does not sell your chat messages or use them to train AI or build tools. Please avoid sharing your full name, address, or other identifying details in the chat.
Hosting and security. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Our chat service also uses your IP address briefly to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time.
Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall visits to the site. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
Saved on your device. If you confirm you are 21 or older to use Ripple, your browser remembers that choice for 30 days so you are not asked every visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Ripple is intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Harmonic Dose provides harm reduction education. It is not medical, legal, or clinical advice, and Ripple is not a therapist or crisis service. In an emergency, call 911. For the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call or text 988.
You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from updates at any time by emailing TheHarmonicDose@gmail.com.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
